La Rueda is an album that began in early 2001 based on the exploration of fusing
sounds, rhythms, and instruments from various continents. It includes instruments as diverse as the Chinese yangquin; the Indian sitar, tabla, israj, and bansuri; the African kalimba; the Native American flute; and the hand drum.
Andean sikus, quenas and charango, Peruvian cajón; saxophone and Western instruments such as acoustic guitars, electric guitars, bass and drums.
The final result is a beautiful fusion of musical languages, celebrating the unity of all humanity through music. Completing this musical project—for various reasons—took us 24 years, but we are ultimately very satisfied with the result, a fusion of rhythms and decades of encounters and disagreements.
With him I share all my love for music, for the infinite variety of instruments and the beautiful musical diversity that exists all over the planet.

Each vinyl record is a special and unique object, made in part by the manufacturing process. In some cases, minor imperfections inherent to the production process may be present. If the record you receive has defects that affect its playback, please contact us to arrange for a replacement copy to be sent.
